Payment:

We accept credit cards via Paypal. All items will be shipped to verified address after credit information is verified.

Shipping:

All orders in stock will be shipped by USPS or UPS ground with tracking number. Please email to support@steadysusa.com if you need to expedite the shipment. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We do not offer overnight shipment.

Cancellations:

All cancellations must be received in writing within 24 hours from when original order is placed.

Return:

All returns and or incorrectly shipped products must be reported within 3 days after receipt. All returns must be received within 14 days of authorization.

Please email us at rma@steadysusa.com with your name, the invoice number, and nature of the problem.

Any return for a reason other than being damaged or a miss-sent item is subject to a 15% restocking fee. At the time you report an item you wish to return, you will be given a Product Return Authorization Number. All returns must be returned to us in a timely fashion with tracking number, and in resalable condition.

We'll not accept return:

1)without the item(s) being carefully boxed or packaged to ensure a safe return,
2)without the Product Return Authorization Number being clearly printed, and attached to the package, and
3)physical damaged products.

All returned items must be in new and their original package/container.
